ELUME CANDLES EXHIBITION DISPLAY FITOUT
Elume Candles, a premium Australian candle brand known for its refined aesthetic and high-quality products, partnered with Apex Display ahead of the Reed Gift Fair in August.
The goal was to replace their previous bulky exhibition setup with a streamlined, reusable solution that could be assembled with ease while delivering a strong visual impact.
Design Objectives

IMPLEMENTATION
Apex Display delivered a clean, modular solution using the UniSlot™ system, designed for flexibility across both retail and exhibition environments.
The UniSlot™ Cube in white formed the foundation of the display. Its freestanding design allows the Elume team to assemble and reconfigure the stand quickly without specialised tools or external installers.
To enhance product presentation, a Tiered Display Pedestal Set was incorporated to create layered floor displays. This adds visual depth, improves product visibility, and encourages customer interaction from multiple angles.
The white finish keeps the overall look clean and modern, allowing the candles to remain the focal point while reinforcing a premium, cohesive brand presence.
Challenges & Solutions
Elume’s previous exhibition display was costly, time-intensive to install, and difficult to reuse. The challenge was to create a system that maintained a high-end presentation while being practical for repeat use.
The UniSlot™ Cube solved this by offering a modular, lightweight structure that is quick to assemble, pack down, and transport. The system’s versatility allows it to be reused across multiple events without compromising on presentation.
Tiered pedestals added further flexibility, enabling varied product heights and a more engaging display within a compact footprint.

The result is a visually striking, practical exhibition display that continues to deliver value beyond a single event.
Elume Candles has now used the same stand for two consecutive years at the Reed Gift Fair, highlighting the long-term benefits of a modular system. The ease of setup, pack down, and transport has significantly reduced both time and costs, while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
Their stand was recognised with the Best Small Stand Award at Reed Gift Fairs, a reflection of both the product presentation and overall design execution.
