DISCOVERY
A 15 min discovery call to explore your vision of a dream store fitout.
PROPOSAL
Based on your needs, we will deliver a proposal for your shop fitoutSPECIFICATION
Once we have the exact measurements of your room, we will collaborate on the specifics.4
DELIVERY
Our design team will have your store renders ready 2 weeks from approval.
APPROVAL
We are now ready to summarise details and get your approval to innitiate the design process.

STEP 1
- We will explain the design process
- Understand your objectives
- Establish your budget
- Shopfit timeframe
STEP 2
- We will send the proposal along with sample pack to you
- We will inform you of any additional requirements and the next steps if you decide to go ahead
- If you are happy with the proposal and have made payment, you will need to provide us with photos, dimensioned floorplans, Ideas and shopfitout budget
STEP 3
- This would be a consultation of approximately 1 hour long
- The consult will be held in our boardroom or virtually
- You will be introduced to the designer working on your project
- We will discuss the UniSlot system
- What finishes would best suite your brand
- Pain-points and non-negotiables
- Establish if we are working with a realistic shopfitout budget
STEP 4
- Our designer and sales consultant will collaborate to set the plan
- Negotiate with customer as required throughout initial plan
- We will send colour chips and thank you pack
- We will the deliver the design via a virtual meeting which would take about 30 min
STEP 5
- You will now review the design and have an opportunity to review the design twice
- Once you are happy with the design, we will then move onto the quotation phase for the shopfitting system
- We will go through all the terms
