How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through the Apex Display website or by contacting our team. If you need help selecting the right shopfitting products or retail display solutions, our team can guide you before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Apex Display accepts major payment methods including credit card. If you require alternative payment options for your shopfitting or retail fitout order, please contact our team to discuss.

When is payment processed?

If your order has been placed online, payment is processed once your order has been confirmed. If it includes any manufactured shopfitting items, you will be notified with an approximate lead time. 

Can I get help before ordering shopfitting products?

Yes. Apex Display provides expert advice on shopfitting systems, retail displays, and store fitouts. Our team can help you choose the right solution for your store before you place an order.

Can I request a shopfitting catalogue?

Yes. You can download the Apex Display retailer catalogue from our Resources page to explore our full range of shopfitting products, retail display systems, and store fitout solutions, including UniSlot™.

Do you offer samples of finishes and materials?

Yes.

Apex Display offers samples of UniSlot™ timber finishes and retail display materials, including white, black, native oak, reclaimed wood, white oak or concrete, so you can confidently choose the right finish for your store fitout.

Can I view shopfitting products before buying?

Yes.

You can visit the Apex Display showroom in Brisbane to view shopfitting systems, retail displays, and finishes in person. We also offer video consultations for retailers across Australia.

Do you deliver shopfitting products Australia-wide?

Yes. Apex Display delivers shopfitting products, retail displays, and store fitout solutions Australia-wide, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, and regional areas.

How fast is dispatch for retail display products?

For in-stock shopfitting products and retail display items, Apex Display offers same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm AEST.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on location. Metro areas typically receive shopfitting and retail display orders within a few days, while regional areas may take up to a week.

Do I need to be available for delivery?

Yes, in most cases someone will need to be available to receive and sign for your shopfitting or retail display delivery. If no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your shopfitting products or retail display items are damaged in transit, notify the courier and contact Apex Display with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return shopfitting products?

Yes. Apex Display accepts returns within 30 days. Defective or incorrectly supplied shopfitting products can be returned at no cost.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are all shopfitting products refundable?

No. Made-to-order and buy-in line shopfitting products are non-refundable. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting our team before purchasing.

Do you offer custom shopfitting solutions?

Yes. Apex Display offers custom shopfitting solutions through our timber elements, which can be finished in a wide range of options from Laminex, Polytec, and Flexipanel.

Our modular shopfitting systems, including UniSlot™, are designed to work seamlessly with custom-built elements. This allows you to achieve a tailored retail fitout while keeping your store flexible, cost-effective, and easy to update as your needs change.

Can I customise colours and finishes?

Yes. Apex Display’s timber shopfitting elements can be customised with a wide range of finishes from Laminex, Polytec, and Flexipanel to match your brand and store design.

These custom finishes can be integrated with our modular UniSlot™ system, allowing you to combine custom aesthetics with flexible, reconfigurable retail display solutions.

Do you help design retail stores?

Yes. Apex Display offers professional retail store design services, including 3D visualisations and layout planning to help you create effective shopfitting and retail display solutions.

Our team works with you to ensure your store layout is both functional and aligned with your brand.

How long does a retail fitout design take?

Retail store design projects can be completed in as little as 7 working days from approval, depending on the scope of your shopfitting project.

Can I change my store layout later?

Yes. Apex Display’s modular shopfitting systems, including UniSlot™, are designed to be easily reconfigured.

By combining modular systems with custom timber elements, you can update your retail store layout, refresh displays, and adapt to new product ranges without needing a full rebuild.
